Data Management system

We shall take all the necessary measures to maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding the information that can be used to identify the customer's personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information").
When handling personal information, we shall take all the necessary and appropriate measures to ensure safe management of personal information (information security measures), such as prevention of unauthorized access from third parties, falsification, and leakage, etc.
We also provide employees with regular trainings regarding personal information protection in order to maintain and strengthen the management system.

Data Collection

We have personal information of customers who have made transactions or who we deem appropriate as the other party to introduce our products and services.
These personal information includes; the information written in delivered documents (application form, contract, etc.) and the deposit information generated as conclusion of contract, etc. regarding contractors, and collected information written in the questionnaire form sent to us, the information posted on various lists or name lists, etc. regarding the other party (the party/parties does not have any transactions at the moment) who we offer the information, etc.

Purpose of Use

  • We may use the personal information of its users with the purposed of;
  • "performance of contract such as shipping of goods", "management after contract", and "implementation of related after-sales service"
  • obtaining data such as customer feedbacks and requests that can be used as a reference for product development and research
  • recording and organizing the content of the received and processed consultations, etc. that the customer has requested
  • in addition to the products or services that we provided, introducing products and services that we think are useful to customers, and conveying information about products and services handled by businesses that have a partnership with us.
  • Providing information to businesses that are affiliated with our company.
  • Soliciting those who do not have business dealings and who we deem it is appropriate to introduce our products and services.
  • providing and sharing information, such as customer sales performance to business participants within the affiliated organization which the customer belongs to, within the group in order to streamline business activities.


*In addition, if there is a request for suspension of use due to the reason; the act of using personal data held by us deems in violation of Article 16 of the Personal Information Protection Act, or that it is acquired in violation of Article 17, upon the request with the above reason, we shall suspend this immediately without delay.

Personal Information Protection Measures

Regarding the personal information we hold, necessary security measures are taken by the safety management measures prescribed by us. In addition, we regularly provide education and training to employees of our company to protect personal information, and make every effort to manage the retained personal data.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We may disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to as below:

  • with prior consent by person/party concerned to disclose the personal information
  • in case required by law
  • in order to achieve the purpose of use informed to customers, when outsourcing the handling of personal information to a subcontractor within the necessary range.

In this case, we will also obligate the subcontractor to manage the information as strict as our company and thoroughly manage it.

Storage Period and Deletion of Personal Information

Customer's personal information will be properly stored and managed for the period when the company deems necessary, and will be safely erased after the period ends.
